Your signup counts! We are engineering both East Peoria and Bartonville now and expect to run our main lines throughout the communities beginning this summer. Once those are constructed we will be picking the neighborhoods to construct based upon the total number of households who have signed up for service in each neighborhood, prioritizing those who have the highest number of signups first.
